Post Falls, Idaho
Cause of death: Enlarged heart
Married, 2 sons
Terry came into this world on October 5, 1969 to Dean and Martha Voigt in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. His parents divorced and Martha remarried Jim Conger. They relocated to Wyoming. When Terry was a sophomore, they returned “home” to Coeur d’ Alene and he began attending Coeur d” Alene High School.
Terry went to be with God on May 3, 2014. No one knew that he had an enlarged heart which took him on his journey to heaven. It does seem appropriate though as he truly had a huge heart!!! He graduated in 1987 and moved to Arizona where he found his love of forestry and began a long career on the field of forestry. As we all find it hard to stay away from our beautiful hometown, Terry found his way back. He resided in Post Falls with his wife Deidre and his son Gavin (joining Aaron James, born to Terry & Kris Ratcliff on 8/21/86). He had continued his forestry career where he was a tree trimmer and was training for a foreman position.
Terry will always be remembered for his fun-loving, adventurous, charming spirit. Can you picture him in heaven cruising around in his 1965 Chevy Impala, tunes blasting while whipping out some donuts in a parking lot, whooping & laughing the entire time. Terry will live on in our hearts and forever be a Viking!
